Anyway the reason why I am writing is to share this absolutely superb investment deal in Warrington. This 3 bedroom property is up for £69,000 which is a steal and makes me think that their is a lot of work that may need doing to it. However from the advert we can only see an external shot. On the up side this property if already tenanted and then current tenant is paying £425 PCM. Now for a 3 bedroom in that area rents are usually 495 PCM so i think its safe to say the current tenant may be paying a lesser rent to cope with works that might need to be done to the property.
